Stamps! Most often, holiday cards require 1 forever stamp each.

You reserve your spot in my production schedule by purchasing the custom holiday card meeting above, and you’ll receive an email allowing you to schedule the meeting at a time that works best for you.
How It Works

We’ll meet and discuss all the details I need to generate you an estimate and start brainstorming your custom design. I’ll want to know quantities, printing techniques, and any specific design elements you’re hoping for.

Once you approve the estimate, I’ll design your custom cards and send you digital proofs for approval. And when approved, your cards going into production.

Once complete, your cards are shipped to you!

Dimensions & Materials
Most holiday cards will be designed as a standard 5 × 7” card.
Envelopes will be included, and custom colors may be available to match your design.
For digitally printed cards, I have an array of card stock options, from smooth to textured papers, depending on what will work best for the design.
For letterpress printed cards, I’ll use double-thick 100% cotton paper. This gives a perfect impression!

How many cards should you order?
Add up the total number of households receiving an card. I recommend at least 5 extra for last minute additions and keepsakes.

From purchase to delivery, most custom orders are completed within 3 weeks.
You will receive a digital proof to review and approve before printing begins. Revisions are completed promptly to keep your project moving smoothly.
Timely feedback ensures your project remains on schedule. Delays in proof approval may result in delays in your production timeline.
Rush production may be available. If you need your cards sooner than 3 weeks from your purchase date, please reach out to find out if it can be accommodated.

Completed cards are carefully packaged to protect the integrity of the paper and printing during transit.
You will receive tracking information once your order leaves the studio.
Please note that once an order has been shipped, delivery timelines are determined by the carrier.
If you are local to the Havertown area, direct delivery may be available.

Payment
A $5 payment is required to reserve your place in the design and production queue. Because each suite is printed to order, materials and press time are secured once your order is placed estimate is accepted.
Proof Approval
Clients are responsible for carefully reviewing all proofs for spelling, grammar, dates, and accuracy. Once approval is given, the order moves into production and changes may require additional costs.
Cancellations & Refunds
Due to the custom nature of letterpress printing and made-to-order materials, orders cannot be canceled or refunded once production has begun.
In the event you cancel the project prior to production, a refund will be issued for all amounts paid, less a $200 non-refundable design fee. This fee compensates Spellbound Press for time spent on proof design, revisions, and production preparation.
Color Variations
Ink and paper colors may appear slightly different on screen than in person.
