Stamps! If mailed as is, these cards require 1 forever stamp each.
Order your stamps from the USPS early to get your favorite designs before they run out!

I’ll send you a link to collect your customizations and photos, and a spreadsheet template for your address list

I’ll send you proofs of your holiday cards to approve, then begin printing

Once complete, your cards are shipped to you!

Dimensions & Materials
Holiday Card - A7 (5 × 7”), digitally printed on 120lb smooth card stock
Envelope - A7 (5.25 × 7.25”), white eggshell, euroflap
For address printing, the text and color will match the design of the holiday card.

How many cards should you order?
Add up the total number of households receiving an card. I recommend at least 5 extra for last minute additions and keepsakes.
Holiday cards are sold in packs of 25. If you need a quantity not listed above, please reach out to me via email (Lauren@Spellbound.Press) and I will send you a custom invoice.

From purchase to delivery, most semi-custom orders are completed within 2 weeks.
Design & Proofing: Approximately 4 business days
You will receive a digital proof to review and approve before printing begins. Revisions are completed promptly to keep your project moving smoothly.
Timely feedback ensures your project remains on schedule. Delays in proof approval may result in delays in your production timeline.
Production: Approximately 3 business days
Rush production may be available. If you need your cards sooner than 2 weeks from your purchase date, please reach out to find out if it can be accommodated.

Completed cards are carefully packaged to protect the integrity of the paper and printing during transit.
You may choose your preferred carrier at checkout. You will receive tracking information once your order leaves the studio.
Please note that once an order has been shipped, delivery timelines are determined by the carrier.

Payment
Full payment is required at the time of purchase to reserve your place in the design and production queue. Because each suite is printed to order, materials and press time are secured once your order is placed.
Proof Approval
Clients are responsible for carefully reviewing all proofs for spelling, grammar, dates, and accuracy. Once approval is given, the order moves into production and changes may require additional costs.
Cancellations & Refunds
Due to the custom nature of letterpress printing and made-to-order materials, orders cannot be canceled or refunded once production has begun.
In the event you cancle the project prior to production, a refund will be issued for all amounts paid, less a $40 non-refundable design fee. This fee compensates Spellbound Press for time spent on proof design, revisions, and production preparation.

Ink and paper colors may appear slightly different on screen than in person.
